Loudonville, N.Y. - The Siena women's soccer team is gearing up for its final home stand of the regular season in style. Today, the Saints brought some Halloween cheer to the practice field as they prepared their upcoming league contests this weekend. The Saints welcome Canisius to Loudonville for a match on Friday afternoon, while they also look forward to the long awaited rematch of last year's MAAC Championship game against Niagara which is scheduled for Sunday at noon.

Siena (7-8-1, 4-3-0) currently sits in fifth place with a 4-3 league mark. The top four teams in the conference are eligible for the 2007 MAAC Championships hosted by Marist College.

On Sunday, the Saints will celebrate Senior Day prior to the contest honoring its eight graduating seniors. Seniors Amy Loughridge, Madeline Rickard, Susie Blaisdell, Katie Mulligan, Tara Ross, Kara Sefcik, Jen Smith and Katie Goodwin will be recognized for their accomplishments with the Siena women's soccer program over the past four years in a pregame ceremony.
