LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - The MAAC announced Tuesday that Siena freshman Caitlin Doherty has been named the women's lacrosse Rookie of the Week.

Doherty (Yorktown Heights, N.Y./Lakeland) scored a goal in both of Siena's games last week against Albany and Howard. With three goals on the season, the frosh is Siena's third-leading scorer.

The Saints, losers of their last two games by a total of three goals, finish off a four-game homestand against Drexel on Thursday.
