LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Siena sophomore women's golfer Katelynn Mannix was today named the MAAC Women's Golfer of the Month for October. It marked the fourth straight time that Mannix earned this prestigious honor.

The Plattsburgh, N.Y. native posted a pair of top-10 finishes in the month of October. She began the month by shooting a final round score of 73 to finish fourth overall at the ultra-competitive Rutgers Invitational. Mannix then concluded the fall season placing ninth overall at the Kelly Gutshall Invitational hosted by Lehigh University.

The 2007-08 MAAC Rookie of the Year, Mannix additionally was named MAAC Women's Golfer of the Month for March, April and September this year.
