Four Women's Golf Teams Added to MAAC

Nine-time defending MAAC Women's Golf Champion Siena College will have some added competition as they search for a landmark 10th consecutive conference championship next spring. The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference has announced that Niagara will be adding a women's golf program next season and additionally the league will invite in associate members Albany, Boston University and Harvard to joins the Saints and Fairfield to comprise a seven-team league. Siena College recently broke ground on a new indoor golf training facility. The Raymond Center and Harry Mikhitarian Golf Training Facility, expected to be ready for the 2009-2010 season, will house several state-of-the-art training aides for Siena's golfers. More [+]

Women's Head Golf Coach Dave Wronowski to Appear on `Tee Time'

Women's head golf coach Dave Wronowski will be Doug Lonnstrom's guest on Time Warner's `Tee Time.' The show will air Friday and Saturday on channel 3 at 6:30 p.m. It will be replayed Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Wronowski just finished his fourth season at the helm of the Siena women's golf team, winning his fourth MAAC Championship. The Saints have won the league title each of the past eight years. More [+]
