Dave Wronowski enters his fourth season as the Saints' head women's golf coach. Under Wronowski's guidance, the Saints have captured the MAAC Championship in each and every one of his years. Heading into the 2008-09 season, the women's golf program at Siena has now won eight straight MAAC titles. Wronowski comes to Siena after a stellar playing career at Skidmore College where he was named to the Golf Coaches Association of America All-American Honorable Mention list and earned Academic All-American honors. As part of the nationally ranked Skidmore team, he captured the Upstate Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year Award and Palamountain Invitational. Most recently, Wronowski was named to his alma mater's Hall of Fame in 2005. Wronowski is the son of Siena College head men's golf coach Tom Wronowski. The duo marks the first time Siena has had a father-son duo coach the same sport. |
