Final Stats

The Siena men's tennis team closed its fall season in style Sunday afternoon, defeating visiting Wagner 7-0 in Loudonville. Siena swept the six singles matches and won the three doubles competitions to win going away in the final fall match fop the season.

Nick Rutherford won a 6-4 and 6-4 decision at second singles against Wagner's John LeBlanc in the most spirited match of the day.

Stefan Putyera, Kevin Gioia and Jose Loren all won their matches 6-0 and 6-0 for the Saints.

Twin brothers Jay and Nick Godbole teamed to posted an 8-2 win at top doubles. Shawn Conroy and Robert Cooperman won 8-1 at second doubles and Chris Auffredou paired with Peter Orr for an 8-2 win at third doubles to complete the scoring.

Siena closed the fall season with three straight wins to improve its season record to 4-5.
