Siena won four of six singles matches and two of three doubles competitions in a 5-2 MAAC win over Rider at home Saturday. Jeremy Deuel, Jarrett Siwiec, Stefan Putyera and Peter Orr each won their singles matches for the Saints.

Rider's Casey Jedlinski scored a 6-3 and 6-3 win over Siena's Nick Rutherford who was playing top singles for the first time this season. Deuel defeated Josh Rultenberg 6-3 and 6-3 at #2 singles. Siwiec scored a 6-3 and 6-0 win at # singles and Putyera and Orr won their matches at #5 and #6.

Deuel and Rutherford teamed for an 8-5 win at top doubles and Jay and Nik Godbole won at #3 doubles to secure the key doubles point.
