Final Stats

Jeremy Deuel held top singles and Jose Loren and Jay Godbole made the most of spot starts at #5 and #6 singles to help the Saints past Rider 4-3 in MAAC tennis action Saturday at the USTA Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows. With the win, Siena advances to play in the fifth place match of the MAAC Championships at 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

The Saints earned the key doubles point win, taking two of the three contested matches. Loren teamed with Kevin Gioia to post an 8-5 win at third doubles and Deuel and Nick Rutherford won 8-6 at top doubles.
