Final Stats

Sophomore standouts Jeremy Deuel and Nick Rutherford won at first and second singles and combined to win at the top doubles spot to pace Siena's 5-2 win over Loyola Saturday in Loudonville. Chris Auffredou and Mike Aliotta also picked up singles wins for the streaking Saints.

Deuel improved to 5-6 at top singles this season with a 6-3, 7-6 (8) win over Scott Gannon. Rutherford went the distance to earn a key 6-1, 6-7 (4) and 6-1 win over Ben Epstein. With Loyola holding third and fourth singles, Auffredou and Aliotta each battled for wins at fifth and sixth singles for the Saints. Aliotta won a three-set decision over Peter Edgar after dropping the first set 6-1.
