LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Three Siena players were named to the Men's Soccer All-MAAC teams released Friday. Kevin Purcell and Pat Wren were named to the Second-Team and Joe Vitale was chosen on the All-Rookie team.

Purcell (Albany, N.Y./Guilderland) finished second on the team in scoring with seven goals and four assists. His 36 career points place his eighth on Siena's all-time scoring list. The senior's 14 career goals also put him in the top 10 all-time.

Wren (Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa) anchored the Siena defense once again this season. A two-time team MVP, Wren started every single game during his illustrious four-year career with the Green and Gold. He leaves Siena having played in more games than any player in school history. Wren was also named to the All-Academic team.

Vitale (Scotia, N.Y./Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) started all but one game this season as a freshman. He notched a goal and three assists while playing mainly in the midfield.

Siena lost to 24th-ranked Fairfield in the MAAC semifinals Friday 2-1. The Saints finished the season 6-10-2.
