LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. -- The Siena College men's soccer team (3-6-1, 1-1-0 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) beat Manhattan College (1-8-0, 1-2-0 MAAC) Saturday afternoon, 1-0, at Siena Field.

In their second MAAC game, Paul Ciovacco's (Poughkeepsie, NY/Ketcham) goal at 28:42 with an assist by Bill Rohrbach (West Hempstead, NY/ West Hempstead), put Siena on the scoreboard and was the only goal of the game.

Manhattan had seven shots on Siena's goal, with two in the first half and five in the second half. Siena shot six in both the first and second halves.

The Jasper's missed a shot at the 89:30 mark and that's as close as they would come to scoring.

The Saints return to action on Sunday afternoon, when they will take on MAAC rival, the St. Peter's College Peacocks at 3:30 p.m. at Siena Field.
