5/1/2008 Several Men's Lacrosse Players Honored at MAAC Banquet Eleven Siena men's lacrosse players were honored this evening at the annual MAAC Men's Lacrosse Banquet held at the Crowne Plaza in downtown Albany. Ryan Duggan and Chris Viviano garnered All-MAAC First Team honors, while Matt Girsh and Brent Herbst were added to the Second Team. Tim Hannigan, Kevin Hogan, JP Mulhall, Kevin Reilly, Charly Rogener, Mike Whalen and Herbst all placed on the conference's All-Academic Team. [+]
4/29/2008 Herbst Snags Fourth MAAC Defensive Player of the Week Award Siena sophomore men's lacrosse goalie Brent Herbst was named MAAC Defensive Player of the Week as announced by conference headquarters. It was Herbst's league leading fourth time he was awarded this honor during ten weeks of voting this season. [+]
4/26/2008 Saints Third Straight Win Not Enough as Season Ends Playing in their third straight must-win situation in order to advance to their second consecutive MAAC Tournament, the Siena men's lacrosse team defeated Mount St. Mary's 12-7 this afternoon in Emmitsburg, Md. to secure their third straight win. However, Siena did not receive the help it needed as Manhattan defeated VMI in double overtime, ending the Saints tournament aspirations. [+]
