Bryan Bigley Claims Title at Schenectady Municipal Golf Course

Schenectady, NY--Siena College men's golfer Bryan Bigley (Rotterdam, NY) and Bill Moll of Eagle Crest Country Club won the two man title at Schenectady Municipal Golf Course on Sunday.

Bigley and Moll combined for a stellar 11-under -par 61 in the final round for a two day total of 13-under-par 131 to take the title. The duo tallied for seven birdies, while Bigley eagled two holes.

"I was happy with the way we played together", Bigley said. The Saints junior stand-out entered the contest after completing play at the 83rd NYSGA Men's Amateur Championship where he shot 39-36 (75).

Bigley claimed the 2003 Gazette County Amateur title, while Moll, a former pro player is a five time Gazette winner.

Overall there were five flight champions; Robby Bigley (Rotterdam, NY) finished in the Championship Flight with partner Dick Field, by score of 67.
