Men's Golf Takes 6th at Cornell Invitational

The Siena men's golf team took sixth-place at the Cornell Invitational this weekend at RTJ Country Club in Ithaca, N.Y. Binghamton University took the top spot with a score of 602.

Siena's score of 618 (314,304), landed the team in sixth-place, just one stroke shy of the host school Cornell University and five strokes ahead of Le Moyne University. Loyola took second with a score of 603 while Bucknell University (610) and Lehigh University rounded out the top-five tying for the third spot.

Individually, freshman Bryan Bigley finished among the tournament's top-10 with a score of 151 (76,75). Bradd Myatt (153) and Ben Eldridge (156) both landed in the top-20.

The Saints take a weekend off before they head to Bethlehem, Pa. to take part in the Lehigh Invitational on October 11-13.
