Men's Golf Takes 11th at George Washington Invitational

The Siena College men's golf team captured 11th-place among 24 teams at the George Washington Invitational at Swan Point Yacht and Country Club in Issue, Md. this weekend. Host school George Washington University took the tournament's top-spot.

The Saints shot a 627 (309,318) for the 11th-place finish. The Green and Gold's two-day total was four strokes behind 10th-place Robert Morris University (623) and two ahead of American University (629), who claimed the 12th spot overall. George Washington finished with a 596 for first place while Princeton Unveristy (599) and Temple University (604) rounded out the tournament's top-3.

Robby Bigley landed in a tie for fifth-place, individually, with a 148 (75,73) to lead the Saints.
