FREDRICKBURG, VA - Siena opened its spring season by finishing 7th out of 13 teams at the American University Invitational held at the Gauntlet at Curtis Park on Monday and Tuesday.

Siena finished with a team score of 661. Longwood College won the tournament by shooting 609. MAAC rival Loyola finished second with a score of 624.

Mark Thornhill led the Saints by shooting 160 and tying for 17th place. Ben Eldridge tied for 27th with a 165.
