Saints Finish 11 of 14 at University of New Orleans Classic

The Siena Men's Golf team finished 11th out of 14 teams at the New Orleans Invitational in Easton, LA. The Saints ended up just one stroke behind Southern Illinois University's second team with a score of 618. Host school University of New Orleans claimed the number one spot, shooting a combined score of 585.

After day one, Siena sat in ninth-place with a score of 308. The Saints shot a 310 in the second round for the 618 combined score. Southern Illinois University and SIU #2 shot a 297 and a 305, respectivley, on day two to pass Siena and claim ninth and tenth spots.

Individually, Robby Bigley led Siena with a score of 148, good enough for a 14-place finish overall.

The Saint return to action this Sunday, March 30 when they travel to LaPlata, MD for the George Washington Tournament.
