Jeffery and Deborah Hasbrouck to Receive The Bernadine of Siena Medal

Read the NY Times article featuring the Hasbroucks Jeffery and Deborah Hasbrouck, parents of Siena College graduating senior Kenny Hasbrouck, will be presented The Bernadine of Siena Medal during this Saturday's Baccalaureate Mass scheduled to take place in the Alumni Recreation Center from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. The Bernadine of Siena Medal is awarded by Siena's Board of Trustees to individuals whose/who: Personal or professional accomplishments or careers reflect a commitment to the spirit and tradition of St. Francis. Withstanding honorary degrees, it is the highest honor the College bestows. The Hasbroucks have been selected for their inspiring commitment to each other and their family and their willingness to share their family's story with the world, which in turn, elevated Siena's reputation in the wider community. The College also considers the Hasbroucks to be exceptional examples of Siena's founding Franciscan values of faith, compassion and service and recognizes their extraordinary pride and support of Siena's student-athletes.
