Cross Country Places 7th and 10th in IC4A Cross Country Championships

The Siena women's cross country team placed seventh out of 15 schools in the 95th IC4A/19th ECAC Cross Country Championships on November 22 in Riverdale, N.Y. The Siena men finished the event in 10th place out of the 12 participating schools.

The top four finishers for the Siena women finished within 21 seconds of each other. Joan Paul was the first to cross the finish line for the Saints in 34th place with a time of 19:55. Teammate Kate Luker crossed shortly thereafter with a time of 20:00, good for a 38th place finish. Kim Milton finished the race in 20:08 while Kelsey Hanno completed the race in 20:16.

On the men's side the Saints were led by Pat Gaffney who finished in 64th place in a time of 28:17 while teamate Bryan Knipfing crossed the finish line 10 seconds later at 28:27 for a 68th place finish.
