Ten Saints Named to MAAC Cross Country All-Academic Team

A total of 72 student-athletes comprise the 2003 New York Lottery men's and women's MAAC cross country All-Academic Teams, 10 of which are from Siena. Pedro Alverez, Andrew Knipfing, Bryan Knipfing and Trevor O'Neill were placed on the men's team, while Kelsey Hanno, Kathy Materazzo, Kim Milton, Michelle Milton, Kristen Murphy and Joan Paul were each selected to the women's team.

To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution, be a starter or reserve and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. The six women named to the team equaled the most in the MAAC.
