On November 23, 2002 Siena Men's and Women's Cross Country competed in the 2002 IC4A and ECAC Championships hosted by Fordham University.

Chris Buno who finished the heat with an impressive time of 28:03 led the men's team. Brian Knifping completed the heat with a time of 28:46 landing him in the Top 100.

Joan Paul who placed 21st with a time of 19:33 led the women's team. The Milton sisters also ran a strong heat allowing them to place within the Top 100. Kim ended the race with a time of 19:47 while Michelle followed with a time of 21:00.
