Cross Country Races to Second and Third Place Finishes at Fairfield Invitational

Final Stats

The Siena men's and women's cross country teams each placed in the top three at the Fairfield Invitational Saturday in Connecticut. Darren Legere and Adam Harding helped the Siena men to a second place finish in the five team field. The women placed third of four schools.

Legere placed third individually and Harding ended in fourth place, as the pair finished the 8K course less than a second apart in just under 27 minutes.

Katie Luker led the Siena women with a ninth place finish, and was the only Saint to complete the 5K course in under 20 minutes.
