Tutor Services

The latest resource implemented this past fall 2004 to the support services for student-athletes is a program entitled Saints Supporting Saints, a tutorial service funded by the athletic department in which student-athletes receive immediate attention in their attempt to gain control of their academic success. The athletic department takes pride in supporting and promoting student-athletes who excel at certain subjects to utilize their strengths by helping fellow Saints achieve their academic goals.

Saints Supporting Saints currently provides service for the following subjects:

School of Business:
QBUS 100, 110, 200, Calculus I, Accounting I, II, Finance, Macro Economics 102, Organization and Management

School of Science:
General BiologyI, II, Advanced General Biology Seminar, Scientific Writing, Molecular Genetics, Immunology, Cell Biology, Tropical Marine Ecology, Molecular Genetics, Histology, Neurobiology, General Psychology, Adolescent Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Human Motivation, Tests and Measurement, Human Cognition, Sensation and Perception, Forensic Psychology

School of Liberal Arts:
English 011, History 101, Religion, Survey of American Lit. I, Any level Spanish, Any level French, Linear Algebra, Foundations of Math 191, 391, 392

Tutors are also available for making revisions on papers of any subject.
