Dennis Bates Assistant Athletic Director

Dennis Bates begins his second year as assistant athletic director at Siena College. Bates oversees the business operations, and administers the budget for Siena's 18 Division I programs.

In his administrative role, he directly oversees seven athletic programs of which three took top honors in the conference this past year.

Most recently, Bates was named the Director of Facilities. In that role, he manages the Marcelle Athletic Complex.

A 2003 graduate of Manhattan College with a B.S. in Science, Bates came to the athletic department from the College's Finance office where he began in May 2004 as Financial Analyst for the College.

Bates is a graduate of Averill Park High School and currently resides in nearby Troy.
